We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner. You will handle a variety of tasks, manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
• Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and putting construction plans together
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external team members
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized and productive office environment

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
