Job Description

**Job Title: Excel Expert Office Assistant (Two-Month Temporary Position)**

**Hours:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Compensation:** $18 per hour

**Job Description:**

Adecco is working with a Jasper Products and is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for a two-month project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and will be responsible for developing Excel templates, tracking documents, and databases.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Utilize expert-level Excel skills to create and modify templates, tracking documents, and databases.

2. Collaborate with team members to understand specific requirements for Excel-based tools.

3. Develop efficient and user-friendly Excel solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

4. Complete an Excel assessment to demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel functions.

5. Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

6. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all Excel-based projects.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.

2. Expert-level Excel experience is a must.

3. Ability to pass an Excel assessment to demonstrate proficiency.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

7. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
