Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Job DescriptionAn Events Assistant plays a key role in supporting the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring every detail is handled smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional experiences.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery of services.
Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistics.
Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
Monitor event timelines and handle last-minute changes.
Maintain accurate records and reports for each event.
Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in event management is a plus.
