Now, we’re looking for an Events Assistant to help us make it all happen.
What You’ll Be DoingEvent Setup & Coordination – Help with staging, décor, seating, and vendor load-in for music and hospitality events.
Guest Experience – Welcome attendees, answer questions, and make sure every guest feels valued from arrival to encore.
Hospitality Support – Assist with catering setup, bar coordination, and VIP guest services.
Backstage Assistance – Support artists, production crews, and event managers with logistics.
On-Site Operations – Keep things running smoothly during events, from soundcheck to final load-out.
Administrative Tasks – Maintain event schedules, update checklists, and help with post-event wrap-up reports.
No two events are the same. Some nights you’ll be helping set up a cozy dinner-and-jazz experience, others you’ll be part of a fast-paced concert night. You’ll work closely with our hospitality, production, and marketing teams, learning every side of the events world.
You’ll Do Well If…You have hospitality experience —restaurants, bars, catering, or hotels are a big plus.
You love live music and understand the flow of concerts or performances.
You’re organised, adaptable, and quick on your feet.
You can work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
You’re comfortable speaking with guests, artists, and vendors in a professional way.
