Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated ETL Developer to join their dynamic team. As an ETL Developer, you will be an integral part of the Data Integration department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**What's the Job?**
+ Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes using tools like IBM DataStage and Databricks to ensure seamless data integration and transformation.
+ Optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for high performance, ensuring efficient database operations and data retrieval.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
+ Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency.
+ Adhere to high-quality coding standards, including writing comprehensive unit tests and following technical specifications throughout the development lifecycle.
**What's Needed?**
+ Over 6 years of hands-on experience with ETL tools, preferably IBM DataStage and Databricks.
+ Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development, with a focus on performance tuning and query optimization.
+ Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and familiarity with Power Automate for workflow orchestration is a plus.
+ Strong understanding of designing, developing, and deploying applications within the Azure cloud environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
