Pay Range: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Help track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Assist in creating visual content using basic graphic design tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
