Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our communications team in various projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in strategic communications, public relations, and event coordination.
Pay Range: $1050 - $1350 weekly
Responsibilities include: - Support the communications team in the execution of strategic communication plans
- Draft and edit content for internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on key findings
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
