Assemble parts and subassemblies according to production guidelines.
Operate hand tools and basic machinery safely and effectively.
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
Follow assembly instructions and diagrams to ensure proper fit and function.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
Meet or exceed daily production targets.
Assist with general maintenance of tools and work areas as needed.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and stay safety-conscious.
