Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and commercial estimating and project management, and ideally hold a Journeyman Electrician License.

This role is key to ensuring projects are accurately estimated, efficiently planned, and delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial electrical projects.

-Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate bids.

-Manage all phases of awarded projects from start to completion.

-Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

-Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed to stay on track.

-Conduct site visits to assess project scope and progress.

-Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.

-Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in electrical estimating and project management (residential and commercial).

-Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and specifications.

-Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Journeyman Electrician License (preferred or in-progress).

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
