Innova Solutions is hiring for a Document Capture Consultant

Position type: Contract

Location: Charlotte, NC



Skills:

• Experience in change management and project management
• Jira, Cofax or other imaging system (not a hard requirement). Visio or Igrafx preferrable
• Excel (pivot tables)
• About 3 years of experience. Will work with different levels of stakeholders, needs to have good communication skills.
• Needs to be comfortable with the prospect of working occasional weekends.
• Works in Information Management, team receives documents physically or electronically from the whole organization that are then indexed and stored to the repository to then get pushed to the workflow for business partners in the company.

Job Description:

• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
• Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
• Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Present recommendations to develop implement and monitor strategic approaches effectiveness of support function and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45-$48 hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
