Dynamic Concrete Pumping Inc. has a combined experience of over 40years of providing service to contractors requiring concrete pumping and placing. Based out of Calgary, Alberta, we have built our business around knowledgeable staff with the right attitude. We are constantly updating to new equipment as technology improves.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our dispatch team. (Starting at $27)
Overview:
· Dispatching Pump Trucks & Crews to sites to ensure effective customer relations in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner
· Customer Service
· Scheduling Daily Construction Jobs
· Multitasking is an asset
· Collecting Daily Job sheets, reviewing information preparing for Invoicing/Payroll
Relationships with Other Jobs:
· Drivers
· Sales personnel
· Operations Manager
· Invoicing Clerk - Project Coordinator
· Payroll – HR
· Internal or external maintenance shops for truck maintenance, servicing, and availability Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent
· Knowledge of Concrete Pump Trucks & Crew operations and the construction industry.
· Knowledge of concrete truck capacities.
· Knowledge of Calgary Area roadways, municipalities, and geography.
· Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
· Good time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage changes.
· Ability to multi-task and meet competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Timeliness and ability to meet deadlines. Good computer skills, including use of Windows-based programs.
