• Expand your knowledge of psychology by supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness and behavioral challenges

• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

• Competitive Pay: Pay $15.00 - $16.87 per hour, Pay on Demand, Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA AS A CAREGIVER / DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

• Education: No High School Diploma required, now hiring 17 year old's
\n
• Experience: No experience required
\n
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
\n
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
\n
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
\n
