Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits LLC is a well-established, 12-year-old company specializing in luxurious fine art portrait photography. Currently, we have five fully operational studios (three in Florida, one in Connecticut, and now one in Texas). We are currently seeking one digital portrait editor/ backup photographer to join our team who is experienced with both Digital Editing (Lightroom & Photoshop) as well as *some* Portrait Photography at our Tallahassee studio located on 250 John Knox Road Unit 4.

At Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits, we genuinely pride ourselves on capturing timeless moments and creating stunning visual masterpieces for our discerning clients.

Our ideal candidate is a person who is genuinely kind hearted, extremely self-driven, punctual, with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities

• Quickly learn established company editing workflow
• Edit portraits using our company specific workflow guidelines on MacOS Computers.
• Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive conversations to achieve company goals.
• Support photography team as needed.

 

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Minimum High School diploma/GED required.
• Must have a good positive attitude
• Must be coachable by management and peers
• Must have the ability to receive constructive feedback , and utilize the information as a learning opportunity 
• High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to come to work in a well-organized manner.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

 

Pay: $18 - $22/hour (depending on experience)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
