Job Summary:

We’re seeking an addition to our growing marketing team who can manage updates, design, and user experience on all digital channels. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about doing and learning new things every day. The ideal candidate will be eager to jump in and share new ideas with the team, excel at collaboration, and work independently to meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Director to plan all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, and provide input to digital marketing paid media budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Serve as the social media lead strategist responsible for driving the company’s social media strategy, including establishing and supervising the content strategy implementation, establishing goals and objectives by channel, and supporting tactics.
  • Improve the website's design, UX, traffic, and content.
  • Participate in social listening and build engaging content based on industry trends, news, and other relevant topics in the industry.
  • Seeks out new trends (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase followers and engagement, generate new leads, and provide social media best practices recommendations.
  • Educate key collaborators across the organization on the company’s social media policy, best practices, and how to be an advocate. Identify and implement strategies to drive advocacy across the company.
  • Source, create, schedule, and publish engaging content, video, photography, and static graphics.
  • Assist marketing director with securing assets, and promotional items, managing logistics, and shipping for industry trade shows.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines for digital marketing initiatives and trade show calendars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in corporate marketing, advertising, brand management, or product marketing for B2B
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of web design principles.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent writing skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Working understanding of growth strategies and best practices for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Can analyze and interpret metrics and data with a basic knowledge of the sales pipeline funnel.
  • Solid understanding of media editing software (photo and video).
  • Is comfortable communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experience with WordPress, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Google Ads, and Social Media Monitoring tools like Sprout Social.
  • Some experience with planning trade shows is helpful.
