KAYAK is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee investment and execution of digital campaigns within North America, with a primary focus on YouTube. The role is based within the global Performance marketing team and will involve close collaboration with the NORAM Brand Marketing team. Note: this role will be required to work from our Miami, FL office at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities Manage and support paid media activities and brand campaigns across United States and Canada - predominantly video on YouTube (via Google Ads), with potential involvement in Meta and TikTok as a supporting function Collaborate with the North American Brand Marketing team to align strategies, messages, creatives, and important metrics Run campaign tests, analyze data, and leverage insights for optimization Develop clear, insightful performance reports across platforms, and regularly communicate findings and optimization strategies to collaborators and team members Contribute as part of a global Performance marketing team, sharing insights and best practices and staying informed on digital marketing developments in other regions Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends Travel to off-sites or our Norwalk, CT office a few times a year Qualifications 2+ years of experience with Google Ads or DV360, ideally with YouTube as a substantial part from an agency or in-house Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to balance urgent priorities with long-term objectives Collaborative mindset; experience working with creative, production, analytics, and other stakeholders Experience with running & analyzing social-first content across YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok is a plus Experience in Brand lift and Reach & Frequency reports is a plus Experience with Meta, TikTok, PPC and Display is a plus Strategic, hands-on executor with strong analytical skills and campaign reporting/attribution expertise Motivated team player with a hands-on approach to digital campaigns Benefits and Perks Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year Focus on mental health and well-being: company-paid therapy sessions, HeadSpace subscription, a company-wide week off per year, and No meeting Fridays Paid parental leave Generous paid vacation and time off for your birthday Career development: Development Dollars, Leadership development, access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings Travel Discounts Employee Resource Groups Competitive retirement and health plans Free lunch 2 days per week Inclusion At KAYAK, we want everyone to have the space to grow, share ideas and do great work.
