Job Description

Join our team as an Amazon Delivery Driver. ARMM Logistic is based in Milpitas. You'll play a vital role in delivering packages for Amazon to residential and commercial locations in Milpitas and San Jose. 

JOB DETAILS:
•    $24.50 to $26.00 base hourly pay depending on experience and schedule.
•    Shift will be approx. 8-9 hours from 10:30a to 7:00/8:30p.
•    Opportunity to earn up to $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
•    $1000 bonus paid out over initial months (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).
•    Quarterly retention bonuses based on tenure.

•    We have operations 7 days per week. Full-time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.
•    Required to work at least one weekend day.  

QUALIFICATIONS:
•    21 years of age and above.
•    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents in 3 years).
•    Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
•    Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
•    Great attitude and energy.
