Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators   are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping Site throughput flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators are responsible for enabling flow across the Site, strategically moving inventory within the fulfillment center, replenishing automation systems and ensuring handled product meets P&G’s Quality expectations.

Responsible for delivering materials to or removing materials from Making, Packing, Converting or Assembly operating areas. Responsible for delivering and removing finished product from a Packing area to a Warehouse. Can receive orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment. Responsible for moving material to a staging area for further palletization or customization. Manually picks individual cases or layers of finished product. Responsible for maintaining accurate Finished Product Inventory in a Warehouse. Responsible for material that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Operates and maintains the equipment in their area. Orders and schedules trucks, international shipment containers and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $21.47 per hour with up to a $1.50 shift incentive.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
