Construction | Billing/AP/AR & PR
- 1 - 3 years Experience in accounting
- Concrete Construction Company experience preferred with emphasis on invoicing/billing and collections
- Proficient with Quickbooks and MS Office (word, & excel) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to organize & prioritize workload efficiently & effectively
- Review and process A/P Invoices and payments
- Enter weekly credit card charges into Quickbooks
- Submit weekly payroll hours to the payroll processing company
- Enter weekly payroll information into Excel Spreadsheets and Quickbooks
- Billing/A/R - Prepare invoices preliminary notices and liens
- Track vendor/sub releases
- Collections for Accounts Receivable
