In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting beneficiaries with the essential services they need to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments at provider offices, beneficiary homes, and community meeting locations within a designated region of Arkansas.
Daily travel within a 60-mile radius of your home base to ensure accessibility for our beneficiaries.
Document assessment findings in real-time, striving for accuracy and completeness.
Engage with diverse populations, including those with behavioral health concerns and developmental disabilities.
Provide empathetic and professional support throughout the assessment process.
Work Hours:
Regular hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one early start at 7:00 AM for training each week.
Training typically spans 2 to 2.5 weeks and is conducted virtually before transitioning to ride-alongs.
Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate beneficiary schedules.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $22.

Mileage reimbursement for travel exceeding 60 miles from your home base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Experience working with behavioral health populations or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with diverse individuals.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
