Two Day Painting has a position for you as an in home Sales Representative / Color Consultant, helping our prospective customers transform their house into the home of their dreams.

We have extremely low turnover, an amazing company culture, and are adding to our sales team due to company growth. We also offer several other complementary services, like carpentry, drywall repair, kitchen cabinet painting, and pressure washing! Although we have a large customer database and many of our leads come through previous customers and referrals, we also heavily advertise and provide consistent leads, so you are not having to cold call for your own leads. We are great at consistently providing a full schedule of customers requesting painting estimates.

We are seeking designer type personalities, who want to help clients with colors, but are also not afraid to talk about price and handle objections, to try to sell new projects. You can earn serious money in this role. The role is designed to highly compensate those who can close at least 30-40% of their appointments! Six figures is very realistic, and over $200,000 is possible for high performers.

No prior Painting experience is required. We offer extensive training, and you will feel confident within a month.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet with SE WI's customer's in their homes who have called in from our active advertising to give them an estimate on painting their home.
  • Work with customers offering color consultations, helping them love their home!
  • Help them find the best solution for their home, explain why we are the best company to work with, present a proposal and price on site, and handle any objections.
  • Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner.
  • Embrace & implement our sales philosophies, techniques, and strategies.
  • Follow up with prospects.
  • Participate in sales & company meetings and training classes.
  • Participate in occasional home improvement trade shows.
  • And most importantly be a good human being!

Qualifications:

  • Love selling and meeting with new people!
  • Have an eye for color.
  • Excellent objection handling skills.
  • Desire and determination to be successful.
  • Strong organizational and self-managing skills.
  • Capable of using basic technology.
  • Positive and forward thinking attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and decent driving record.
