Coffee Shop Manager - Lead with Caffeine & Good Vibes!

☕ What You’ll Do:
• Keep the vibe right—lead, motivate, and support a Rockstar team
• Oversee daily café operations, from the espresso bar to the back kitchen
• Deliver a top-tier guest experience with warmth, speed, and consistency
• Maintain quality across all ingredients and food prep
• Train and manage team members with patience and purpose
• Create and adjust staff schedules based on shop flow
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and health standards like a pro
What You Bring:
• Previous food service or café management experience
• Strong, confident leadership skills and a team-first attitude
• The ability to stay cool and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Top-notch communication skills—both written and spoken
• Sharp attention to detail (you notice the small stuff before it becomes big stuff)
