Now Hiring: Cleaning Associate

Job Summary

Performs daily porter duties for ConnectLife facilities. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining entranceways, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and kitchen areas.


Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm

Pay:

$15.50/hr

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• N/A

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be adaptable and flexible to change with a continuous focus on customer service.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be self-motivated and reliable.
• Requires NYS driver's license.

Essential Job Functions:

Daily Duties:

1. Provide daily cleaning and maintenance of entranceways, break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and kitchen areas of ConnectLife facilities and remote locations.

• Clean and sanitize the doors and door handles.
• Sweep and mop the floors (utilizing wet floor signs).
• Clean and sanitize all countertops, sinks, tables and chairs.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances located in the breakrooms.
• Spot wash walls as needed, especially in the kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize all drinking fountains located throughout the building.
• Dust all horizontal surfaces.

1. Clean, dust, sanitize and restock all restrooms. Thoroughly clean all fixtures of the restrooms including base of toilets and all visible grout and sealant. Damp mop only if required. Wet mop should occur after hours to limit slip/fall hazards.

1. Empty trash and recycling bins. Clean exterior of garbage cans when needed.

Weekly Duties:

1. Vacuum carpets and detail all edges of break rooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entranceways on a rotating schedule.

Monthly duties:

1. Mop Blood Lab and Eye and Tissue Lab.
2. Dust all higher areas including supply and return vents.
3. Spot wash walls as appropriate.
4. Perform other duties as requested by the management team.
