About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and building and implementing scalable financial systems. This includes managing the legal and IT functions, streamlining global compliance, and supporting future funding rounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 36-month forward-looking cash runway, a strong background in financial management, and a deep alignment with the company's mission and values. Success in this role at the company will be measured by the ability to maintain a minimum 36-month cash runway, deliver a corporate structure redesign with clear tax savings, and establish real-time financial reporting dashboards. The CFO will also be expected to lead a high-performing team, mentor and develop staff, and ensure operational readiness for growth. The role requires a strategic operator with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing the financial decision-making process and guiding the business model design. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other executives, and will be valued for their experience in high-growth environments, their ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, and their commitment to the company's mission of transforming the experience economy.
