**Company Driver**
* **Base pay 50 CPM for all miles**
* **Half Cent per Mile** increase every 6 months. Caps out at 55 CPM
* $1,000 minimum weekly pay
* $75 per load minimum (even if they are going across town)
* Layover Pay after 24 hours - $100
* Stop Pay: Stop 1 free, Stop 2 - $25, Stop 3 - $50, Stop 4+ $75
* No-touch freight
* Monthly Safety and Performance Bonus 5/10/15 CPM on 4,000/6,000/8,000 plus miles
* Eligible for company benefits Vacation, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K etc.
