Job Description
Must have the following to apply:
Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field, and
Two years experience working in a social or public service environment with experience assisting the public, or
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Valid State drivers license required

**Job Description: This position is responsible for providing social service assistance to eligible clients.
Duties and Responsibility: **
Interviews clients to determine needs and eligibility to receive assistance and/or eligible for the Pathway of Hope program
Ensures compliance with program policies and procedures; monitors assigned caseload of clients
Prepares client records
Establishes program plan/goals and evaluates client's progress by conducting routine meetings with client and/or staff
Serves as advocate for client in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment
**Work Environment:Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

**Days and Hours: Full-Time position. Day shift; 37.50 hrs/wk. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
Pay: $17.05 - $19.18 Hourly. Benefits are offered.
