What We’re Looking for!

We’re looking for an innovative Call Center Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN . In this role, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and our Permits Team. This role creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, effectiveness and communication between departments.  Call Center Manager duties and responsibilities include some clerical tasks and a purpose of helping others succeed!

  • A salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 (Depending on skills and experience) plus bonus potential!!!!

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage schedule for CSR & Permit Teams
  • Provide accurate and timely coaching
  • Plan and implement goals and objectives on your team
  • Answer phones and online leads as necessary
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop various scripts for call-taking
  • Running reports
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure a positive culture
  • A successful Call Center Manager will be engaged with their team, have the ability to set and meet goals, and be ready to grow professionally.

  • You have 5 years of experience managing or supervising in a Call Center
  • Your strong leadership skills
  • Proven success in coaching call-takers
  • Your sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Your personable and outgoing personality
  • Strong organization planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
