Hydradry Inc. was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Damage Specialists! We are seeking a motivated and versatile Branch Manager to lead our Fort Worth/Dallas restoration office. This role oversees all aspects of branch operations for water, fire, and mold restoration, including team leadership, project execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage people, processes, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations for water, fire, and mold restoration projects
  • Lead, manage, and develop technicians, supervisors, estimators, and office staff
  • Ensure all projects meet company standards, IICRC guidelines, safety requirements, and timelines
  • Monitor job costing, KPIs, budgets, and branch profitability
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers, adjusters, property managers, and customers
  • Oversee scheduling, equipment usage, inventory, and warehouse operations
  • Ensure accurate estimating, documentation, and invoicing using restoration software
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Support business development efforts and branch growth
  • Enforce company policies related to safety, vehicles, equipment, and timekeeping

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold)
  • Previous management or leadership experience (Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of insurance restoration and claims processes
  • Experience with estimating and restoration software (Xactimate or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Certifications (Strong Plus)

  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
  • Mold Remediation Certification (AMRT or equivalent)
  • OSHA or safety-related certifications
  • Texas mold-related licenses (where applicable)
