Responsibilities:

Profitability of the Collision CenterOversee Production & Production ManagerAssess all Quality of Work leaving the ShopProvide exceptional Customer ServiceMaintain great working relationships with the Insurance Companies Ensure Safety & Environmental Compliance   Requirements:

Motivating Leader while providing a supportive atmosphere. Ability to encourage & foster cross-department teamwork.Previous Auto Body Experience.Educated on the DRPs & their specific requirements.Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Clean Background Check & Driving Record.Willingness to learn & to train.
