Overview Help grow a strong and diverse volunteer team by connecting with local communities and sharing opportunities to serve with the American Red Cross. Key Responsibilities Canvass local businesses, churches, community centers, senior centers, and libraries. Distribute flyers and brochures to promote volunteer opportunities. Attend and support recruitment events and community outreach activities. Promote Red Cross volunteer roles at fairs, presentations, and open-call meetings. Work with the Volunteer Services team to identify recruitment needs and match volunteers to roles. Time Commitment Approximately 2–4+ hours per week , with flexible scheduling. Qualifications Passion for the Red Cross mission. Friendly and comfortable speaking with the public. Organized and reliable. Willing to follow public health and Red Cross guidelines.
