Smallcakes East Cobb in Marietta, GA is looking for one baker to join our 8 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients
• Mix and blend batters
• Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Follow cake and ice cream recipes.
• Decorate cakes/cupcakes to Smallcakes specifications.
• Maintain a clean baking environment.
• Ensure quality control for all products.
• Following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assisting in cleaning duties.
• Assisting in other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Previous work or baking experience in a bakery setting
• Ability to decorate cakes and cupcakes
• Exhibit a passion for serving people
• ServSafe training and/or certification
