Join our dynamic Creative Team as an Associate Digital Graphic Designer specializing in digital assets and motion graphics! Are you passionate about creating visually captivating digital content that amplifies brand identity? This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and crafting engaging visuals while ensuring brand consistency to elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Email Communications
  • Ability to interpret and work from creative briefs, understanding brand guidelines, intellectual property considerations, and vendor style guides for planned email campaigns. Engage proactively in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas. Proficient in collecting, creating, and curating assets necessary for email design, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
• Submitting art requests for copy and photography
  • Follow the Digital Assets Calendar of deadlines and company calendar of events, submit request for email copy and any product photography needed.
• Animating graphics to elevate interest in ads
  • Working with the cross functional teams in delivering animated graphics that add a thumb stopping interactive element.
• Designing Web Assets
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers to strategize on enhancing web sales through compelling visual assets. Utilize a mix of static and animated graphics to drive user engagement and conversion on web platforms.
• Support for BABW.COM
  • Working with Interactive Web Designer, when needed, to support an integrated digital experience for Guests.
• This role should bring creative ideas and new solutions to product promotion through design, photography, and animation. Best practices should be determined for digital and web to increase engagement and audience retention.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Previous experience or internships in graphic design, motion graphics, or related roles
• Strong creative portfolio
• Must be able to speak to work at a high level.
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects for motion graphics, etc.)

P referred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Previous 1-2 years' experience in a junior or associate level
