We partner closely with our US and global teams to develop and execute on strategic workforce initiatives, leveraging data and technology to improve our processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with People & Places and other leaders to ensure employment strategies, programs, and policies support business growth and comply with laws globally.
• Providing legal advice on a wide range of employment and regulatory matters.
• Building stakeholder empathy by understanding and anticipating needs, and advising on complex issues such as pay equity, exits, and wage and hour compliance.
• Driving strategic outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Supporting global legal initiatives and communicating effectively with business partners and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of advising technology companies on global workforce issues, including in-house experience.
• Deep employment litigation experience, including international matters.
• Experience navigating complex employment law issues worldwide.
• Strong communication skills to advise on legal obligations and risk management.
• Ability to learn new technology and implement automated solutions.
• JD and membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar (preferably CA).

Additional information:

• This role is hybrid with 3 days/week on-site in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA.
• Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. The pay range is $242,000 - 327,500 in Bay Area and $223,000 - 301,500 in San Diego.
