To succeed as a Project Manager at Paragon Architecture, you’ll need to thrive when leading internal and external consultant teams towards creative and effective solutions. Quality project execution relies on having an attitude of teamwork, leadership, organization, and creativity at every phase and in every detail. As the primary client liaison, you’ll need the tenacity to actively manage schedules, budgets, and program details, and the capability to communicate effectively. With the autonomy to steer the machine, our Project Managers say they love that the principal stays out of their day-to-day project decisions. In the end, the measure of success is based on the application of our process and the performance of the project. It’s a delicate balance to manage the two, and not everyone has the knack for seeing the big picture and the nitty gritty details at the same time. WHERE WE CALL HOME
We have offices in Springfield, Joplin, and St. Louis, Missouri, with our headquarters in downtown Springfield, MO. Our offices are purposely not in the suburban office park, but in the vibrant walkable downtown environments – we believe it’s another place where we can impact our communities for the better. Paragon Architecture has continued to grow since its inception in 2010, and our reach continues to increase year after year. Our three locations along the I-44 corridor affords us the opportunity to provide architectural services to an array of clients throughout the entire state of Missouri and into neighboring states.

ABOUT OUR BENEFITS

We can also relate to needing some time to reset (after the holidays, especially), so our offices are closed from Christmas to New Year’s Day. ABOUT THE PROJECT MANAGER POSITION:
Paragon Architecture is looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience working and managing all aspects of multiple small to mid-size projects. Project Managers are responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical.PM’s actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs; project communication and documentation and project team assignments. This full-time position requires a bachelor’s degree and licensure is preferred, not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Creative/Design Ability
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to work well with a team and manage a team
• Ability to problem-solve independently
• Proficient with REVITArchitecture required
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple project deadlines and schedules
• Must possess an understanding of how buildings are constructed and the ability to create construction documents and specifications
• Graphic/Presentation skills required
