Position Overview


Stanley 1913 is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI, Multi Agent Systems. You will work across the entire stack—developing agentic pipelines using LangGraph, CrewAI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) on Azure Cloud and Databricks. You will also perform rapid prototyping, POC development, and exploration of emerging AI technologies. Driven by curiosity and passion for innovative responsible applications of AI, you will ensure our business is able to grow nimbly and surprise and delight our customers. Your work will enable our builders to maintain a focus on their highest-impact work which will help our team and customers thrive.

Responsibilities



  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, and MCP with well-defined agent logic, tools, and workflows.

  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic RAG pipelines with hybrid search, context compression, and memory modules.

  • Deploy and fine-tune OpenAI and open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) using techniques like LoRA and QLoRA.

  • Manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and monitor model pipelines and health.

  • Ensure the platform is scalable, highly performant, and secure

  • Own projects from conception to deployment, monitoring, and iteration, driving end-to-end delivery.

  • Engage product management and engineering to align project roadmaps, scope, and timelines.

  • Stay ahead of with the latest advancements in LLMs and agentic AI, evaluating new approaches for practical applications.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging bold ideas and rapid delivery.

Required Skills



  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 1+ years focused on AI/ML systems.

  • Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), RAG, and multi-agent orchestration,

  • Experience in regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP etc

  • Experience with Python, Databricks, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms

  • Experience with embedding models, document loaders, graph-based memory systems, and long-context handling.

  • Strong Azure expertise, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), serverless computing, observability, and scaling.

  • Familiarity with MLOps and AI application patterns (e.g., vector DBs, retrieval-augmented generation, MLFlow).

  • Experience in evaluating models, and implementing guardrails

  • Ability to push boundaries, experiment with innovative approaches, and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments where adaptability and rapid iteration are crucial.

  • Frontend experience for building AI chat interfaces will be a plus

 

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $165,000 USD
