SALARY : Begins $48,408 with comprehensive benefits package
Sampson County Office on Aging seeks enthusiastic individual to plan and supervise the adult day care services program. This key position is responsible for training and supervising staff, maintaining compliance with state standards for Adult Day Health Care Centers, programming, scheduling, reporting, inventory control, block grant billing, coordinating activities and serving as departmental liaison. Qualified candidates will have exceptional communication and presentation skills to work respectfully and effectively with clients and families and to provide innovative marketing strategies.
The preferred candidate will be a social worker with management experience with adult care facilities and certifications in Facility Administration and Family or Adult Care Facilities.
All candidates should meet the minimum requirements of an associate degree with coursework in human services, business, or related field, a minimum of two years of management experience, and be trained in providing services for the elderly and in dementia care.
