Virtual Accountant Assistant This is a remote position. My VA Support is seeking an experienced Virtual Accountant Assistant with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Applicants should have a high English proficiency level (C1) and are expected to work 45 hours per week from home. Working Hours Our standard working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Miami, FL time. However, this schedule may vary depending on our clients' needs. Responsibilities As a Virtual Accountant Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to emails Managing contact lists Handling complex Excel spreadsheets and formulas Sorting payroll and revenue data Taking client payroll data and transferring it into customized Excel templates Providing customer service as the first point of contact Additional duties may arise depending on the client's needs Please note that as an independent contractor, you will be responsible for all contributions to any local or state government entities (income taxes, social security, health insurance, etc.).
