Job Description

The Account   Activation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a positive, efficient, and smooth client experience throughout both the onboarding process as well as with any ongoing customer support either directly or indirectly with the client. Direct interaction with clients will take place regularly via telephone or web chat. As such, prior experience and comfort in a phone/chat-based customer support environment is a plus. This person must also display a penchant for problem-solving, effective time management, and superior organizational skills.  This is a temporary contract position working onsite at our headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale.

Responsibilities  

  • Activate and launch new client products and services with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proactively monitor internal systems to gauge workload and prioritize caseload based on client and business objectives
  • Standardize and plan timelines, milestones, and reviews/approvals at each project stage 
  • Provide front-line support to our clients via phone, email, and chat, with the aim of first-contact resolution
  • Work in collaboration with Product Management regarding the specification of launch requirements for new products in development
  • Handle product renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations within specified time frames
  • Perform audits, reporting, and special projects as requested

Requirements  

  • 1-3 years of Client Support experience 
  • Prior background in a SaaS environment, preferred 
  • Proactive individual who likes to have their hands on many projects
  • Creative problem solver and collaborator with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working with geographically dispersed teams 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations
  • Technical proficiency with email programs and ticketing systems 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Forms, OneNote, 0365, Excel, PPT) 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Google Suite 

Education  

The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Advanced education from a recognized program
  • Demonstrated business knowledge and equivalent work experience
