This role focuses on enhancing accessibility support quality through deep, hands-on expertise in assistive technologies and testing across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities: Audit support cases and transcripts to identify accessibility gaps and assess support quality. Recommend improvements and develop draft training insights. Collaborate with internal accessibility experts. Document findings and conduct hands-on accessibility testing. Key Skills and Qualifications: Deep Expertise: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of 30+ assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) and WCAG guidelines (including 2.2). Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience in accessibility testing across Web, Android, iOS, and Windows. Analytical: Strong ability to evaluate support cases, troubleshoot, and identify issues. Independent: Comfortable working autonomously. Preferred: Certifications (CPACC, CPWA) and a Bachelor's degree, but strong experience is paramount.
