In-store Pickup

If you live in Las Vegas or are travelling to the area and would like to save money on the shipping fees, we offer an in-store pickup option.

If you choose in-store pickup as your shipping option we will process your order, charge your credit card and notify you by email or phone when the order is ready to be picked up. Please bring with you either a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you when you placed the order, the credit card you used to pay for the order, or a photo id when you pick up your order.

We will hold all orders for one month from the day we notify you that it is ready to pick up. If you do not pick up your order within that time frame, we will refund you your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If you need more time to pick up the order please let us know when you expect to pick it up and we will gladly accommodate you.

If you are coming to town for one of the annual buggy events, such as NABX, and would like to pick up your order on the dry lake bed, just make a note in the Special Comments / Instructions form on the order screen that you would like us to deliver your order to you at the lake bed.

Orders can be picked up at the store (store map) during our normal business hours which are listed below:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
