Return Policy

Returns

  • We want you to be happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges for all items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition with no damage or missing parts.
  • Defective videos, DVDs and software will be exchanged for the same item only, no returns.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable (we will pay all shipping costs including the return shipping cost if the returned item is a result of our error).
  • When returning an item please send via UPS or parcel post mail and make sure to properly insure the items. Please send all returns to:

Damaged and Defective Items

  • If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us via e-mail or by phone at 1-702-220-4340 also contact the shipping company and report the damage and arrange for pickup of the damaged item. They will notify us of the claim and then we can ship you a replacement. Here are the contact numbers you will need:

  • If the item appears to be defective before use, but was not damaged in shipment, please contact us so we can ship out a replacement. If the item was damaged during use please contact the manufacturer for any warranty service.

Missing Parts and Items

  • In most cases if you did not receive something that you ordered it was out of stock and placed on backorder. Please check your invoice to see if you have been charged for the missing item. If it was out of stock we would not charge your account and should not show up on the invoice. We do attempt to contact the customer before the order ships to let them know if an item they ordered was out of stock. If the item was placed on backorder we will ship it out as soon as it comes in, without any additional shipping charges.
